Fidelity HomeCare strives to make day-to-day living as manageable and comfortable as possible for you and your loved ones. Regardless of the family’s availability and the challenges that come with a loved one remaining in their own home, we are here to give peace of mind to the process. We understand and fully respect your loved one’s desire to remain in their own home, and our goal is to keep that desire a reality for as long as possible. Our caregivers will remain by your loved one’s side throughout every moment that you need us.
We are very mindful of each caregiver that we hire, and we expect each of them to maintain our sense of pride in what we do for the families that we care for. We want nothing less than the best when it comes to home care, and that’s something our caregivers understand and emphasize. Our caregivers are committed to providing the best and most gratifying bond with your loved one, and they do nothing short of developing a lasting companionship.
Fidelity HomeCare’s caregivers go through rigorous interviews and background checks. We want to ensure the safety of our clients, and that starts with our employees. Each employee is carefully handpicked, screened, and skill tested before being considered for the opportunity to be a member of Fidelity HomeCare’s team. Our caregivers must pass state and national background checks. In addition, Fidelity HomeCare requires each individual to pass multiple skills and competency tests, as well as English writing and speaking skills.
Below are areas in which our caregivers are screened and tested in:
- Nationwide criminal background check
- State criminal record check
- Sexual misconduct check
- Driver and motor vehicle records check
- Employment verification
- Credential and certification verification
- Skills testing
- English competency testing
- Behavioral and personality screening
- Random drug testing
- First aid and CPR certification verification
Training and Education
Fidelity HomeCare offers a step-by-step orientation process for each one of our caregivers. This process ensures that our caregivers are trained in all skills and situations they will use and face in the field. Each caregiver is required to undergo ongoing training and education, required by Fidelity HomeCare, to keep up to date and stay informed of current knowledge of the home care industry.
One of our services to you is to match up your loved one with the perfect caregiver(s) for his/her needs and wants. We strive to ensure that they are compatible with your family member as far as skills, experience, and personality compatibility.
Licensed, Bonded and Insured
Each one of our caregivers are employees of Fidelity HomeCare, not contractors. Each caregiver is also licensed, bonded and insured.
